Education & Training:

On-Site Training

A two-day live version of the Epidemiology & Prevention of Vaccine-Preventable Diseases course can be scheduled for a state or region. Only a limited number of these on-site courses can be presented each year. At this time, on-site courses are planned for 2012 in Indiana, Virginia, and Colorado.

We can customize onsite courses to suit your needs. We can also provide speakers on immunization topics for meetings, conferences, grand rounds, etc.

At this time, we are unable to accept any further speaker requests for Fiscal Year 2012. Requests for speaker presentations for delivery between October 2012 and September 2013 (FY 2013) must be received by September 1, 2012. Requests will be considered based on selection criteria (audience size etc) and available funding. Please complete and return this Speaker Request Form Adobe Acrobat print-friendly PDF file [91KB, 1 page]
