VTrckS Training Library

The VTrckS Training Library is an online training resource developed for grantee and health care providers utilizing VTrckS that offers a variety of VTrckS reference materials and tools. The library contains helpful resources for the following VTrckS users:

• CDC staff
• Grantees (state and local immunization program staff)
• Providers

Grantee topics covered in the training library include:

• Access to VTrckS and VTrckS Navigation
• ExIS Interface
• Formulary and Provider Master Data
• Purchase Order Entry and Order Return
• Reporting
• Spend Plan
• Support Documentation
• Vaccine Request Order Entry
• Vaccine Return and Transfer Orders

There are also a variety of instructions for providers including how to:

• Create a Return Request, Transfer Request, Vaccine Request, and Wastage Request
• Search and Submit Doses Administered, Inventory on Hand, and a Temperature Log
