The offices within Headquarters are responsible for policy formulation and the overall management of the Treasury Department and are headed by the Assistant Secretaries and Under Secretaries for: Domestic Finance, Economic Policy, General Counsel, International Affairs, Public Affairs, Tax Policy, Terrorism and Financial Intelligence, and Management.
