Council Mission:

NRT is Williamsburg's partnership between the city and its neighborhoods to prepare for any disaster. The City is divided into sectors each headed by volunteer co-capts, Neighborhood Reps, CERTs and HAMS. The co-capts are the primary contacts with the EOC and are responsible for  maintaining sector sustainability and self-sufficiency during emergencies by developing communications within the sector, holding meetings, coordinating volunteers, and identifying and working with at-risk individuals.
