Uploading your photo is Optional but can help facilitate a stronger community. Users may only upload photos to which they own the copyright for the photo. By uploading a photo, the user acknowledges that he/she owns the copyright to the photo and grants FEMA a non-exclusive, royalty free, unconditional license to use this photo in any current or future U.S. Government publications (electronic or paper), and to provide a copy of the photo in electronic or paper format for any reason required by Federal law. FEMA reserves the right to remove any photo that is off-topic, contains obscene, racial, sexual, or harassing language or images containing advertisements or endorsements of products. FEMA does not hold any intellectual property rights in the images posted on this site. If any entity wishes to use one of these images for any purpose they must seek permission from the copyright holder.
