This site, maintained by the Eagleton Institute of Politics at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, presents scholarly research and current data about the activities of American women in politics.Women and Social Movements in the United States, 1600-2000
The Women and Social Movements website is a project of the Center for the Historical Study of Women and Gender at the State University of New York at Binghamton. Each of the 42 mini-monographs on the site poses an interpretive question and provides a collection of documents that address the question. Altogether the site includes over 900 documents, nearly 400 images, and 350 links to other websites.Women in Politics: Bibliographic Database
