All Minnesota naturalization records are being transferred to the National Archives at Chicago. They will be temporarily unavailable for research beginning July 9.

St. Louis

The National Archives at Kansas City has a card index for U.S. District Court and U.S. Circuit Court naturalization petitions filed in St. Louis (1890-1991). East St. Louis, Illinois records do not appear in this index. You can request a search online.
