Peer support

If you're a woman with heart disease, we invite you to connect with heart sisters through one of WomenHeart's patient support services and to visit their guide to living with heart disease. Be inspired by their members' stories of survival.

The Yale Heart Study asks heart attack survivors to anonymously share their experiences at: https://heartstudy.yale.edu/hacs/. The study's goal is to speed up care seeking behavior for people experiencing heart attacks. Sharing your experience can help others.

If you have questions, please contact us at heart.study@yale.edu or call 203-785-4872. This study has been approved by the Yale University Institutional Review Board and is funded by the National Institutes of Health.
