About Dallas / Fort Worth District Office
The Dallas/Fort Worth District Office (DFW DO) is committed to fostering economic growth by providing assistance to small businesses that are located in its area of operation.
The DFW DO will continue to focus on customer-driven outreach and quality management. We are determined to reach out to small businesses in unprecedented ways, to listen to their needs, to report these needs back through the Regional Administrator who in turn will forward to Headquarters.
We recognize that the small business communities know more about their needs than we and for that reason we want to make ourselves available to them in whatever forum they think appropriate. By listening to the small business community and reporting their concerns and issues to the Regional Administrator.
It is our goal to create a more service friendly and efficiently managed operation through effective utilization of our greatest assets, i.e., the dedicated employees of the Dallas/Fort Worth District Office.
