2011 CDC Diabetes Translation Conference

CDC's 34th Annual Diabetes Translation Conference

"Changing the Course of Diabetes: Optimizing Health for All"

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC's) Division of Diabetes Translation convened its annual Diabetes Translation Conference on April 11–14, 2011, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The conference brought together more than 525 participants from a wide range of local, state, federal, and territorial governmental agencies and private-sector diabetes partners.

DDT will not hold the conference in 2012 due to budget constraints that both the federal government and our partners are experiencing. Learning opportunities are currently being planned to continue our commitment and dedication to sharing the latest public health science, research, and programs with our partners.
