Pillar II: Advance Regulatory Science for MCM Development and Evaluation

The Pillar II goal is to foster MCM regulatory science initiatives intended to help develop solutions to complex scientific regulatory problems and facilitate the incorporation of new, cutting edge science into the regulatory review process to make product development more efficient and more predictable.

This program is being implemented through both internal and collaborative research, as well as through partnerships with U.S. government agencies, academia, non-governmental organizations, and industry.
