Enforcement Operations Division

Up one level Enforcement Operations Division

The FLETC welcomes you to the Enforcement Operations Division web page. The mission of the Enforcement Operations Division (EOD) is to provide state of the art training involving the operational and technical aspects of law enforcement to the agents and officers of over 85 federal law enforcement agencies. We provide them with the necessary, contemporary, scientific, and technological skills to perform their respective law enforcement functions. EOD instructs certain fundamental courses in every basic training program.

Basic training students attending classes taught by EOD learn and apply techniques having a variety of law enforcement operational aspects. EOD utilizes state of the art Unified Training Principles and the Adult Learner Model methodology to educate all law enforcement officers.  All students train through lecture, laboratory and practical exercises, which simulate actual law enforcement situations.
