  • Level II: Medical

The tragedy in Aurora, Colorado, illustrates the critical need to provide life-saving medical and mass casualty training to our law enforcement first responders. The ALERRT Level II Course not only addresses the need to immediately stop the active shooter threat, but focuses on the immediate, life-saving medical aid which police officers can provide before EMS arrives and/or when EMS systems are overwhelmed.

Instructors were obviously interested in teaching-not focused on personal criticism. Made teaching points of all negatives in positive fashion.Student in South Carolina (Level I Course)

I am really glad to see someone out there feel it's time to have standardized training in a subject that is going to keep our communities a little safer at the end of the day. Student in Alabama (Train-the-Trainer Course)

Great program overall. It is a complete training package ready to teach. I love the instructor course because it shows all aspects of the program and allows you to become familiar with it.Student in Mississippi (Train-the-Trainer Course)

I was apprehensive about this class. I am so glad I had the opportunity to take it. Thanks to every instructor. They offered help as needed and did not make me look bad in front of fellow officers. Student in Virginia (Level I Course)

The training is incredibly informative and hands-on. Particularly incorporating medical self aid into the active shooter training, for me, has been quite helpful. Student in New York (Level II Course)
