Leadership through Understanding Human Behavior Training Program

Up one level

This Course is designed to introduce supervisory law enforcement personnel to Target Training International's behavioral style analysis model DISC. The DISC model is widely used in management training around the world. Law-enforcement managers will learn that DISC is the universal language of observable human behavior.  Just knowing and watching people can prove its validity.  During this introduction to the DISC model the student will be exposed to the language of DISC and how they can use DISC to better know themselves, enhance communications, enhance their knowledge of others basic needs and provide their subordinates with a working climate for motivation.
