Campus First Responder

Up one level

Colleges and Universities are facing unprecedented challenges in emergency response. Having well informed and trained campus public safety first responders is critical to a successful event outcome.

It’s 2:00am. Do you know if your front line staff is ready for a campus emergency? This 8 hour course will provide your campus public safety first responders with tools to identify, contain, and lead your agency through the critical early stages of an evolving incident.

The campus public safety first responder will be able to define a critical incident, understand the importance of sound leadership, decision making, and the essential steps for scene management and control while at a critical incident.

The instructors will create an adult learning environment with power point, lecture, video, discussion, short activities, and a modified table top exercise.
