Youth Risk Behavior Survey Fact Sheets
The Youth Risk Behavior Survey (YRBS) provides data on health-risk behaviors among 9th–12th grade students in the United States, including behaviors that contribute to injuries and violence; alcohol or other drug use; tobacco use; sexual risk behaviors; unhealthy dietary behaviors; and physical inactivity. YRBS also measures the prevalence of obesity and asthma among youth and young adults.

- National prevalence estimates and confidence intervals
- Comparisons between the selected state or district and national data based on t-test analyses

* States and districts listed above had weighted data for the 2011 YRBS. This means that the site achieved at least a 60% overall response rate. With weighted data, it is possible to say, for example, "X% of high school students in our state smoked cigarettes during the past month."
