While much of the content is still relevant the entire document needs to be updated. I believe it was written back in 1995 and quite a few changes have been made to the guidelines and medications available since then. It would also be wise to re-visit your instructions on how to engage the patient and how to communicate effectively with different cultures. Please update this document.
