​The Asia Pacific Forum on Quality Improvement in Health Care attracted more than 800 health leaders to New Zealand, who have gathered to share learning on a range of topics relevant to the health care challenges faced in New Zealand and around the world.

​The Conversation Project is engaging the public in a campaign to encourage open and honest end-of-life discussions among families and friends. Launched in collaboration with IHI, the project’s cornerstone is a website that offers a Conversation Starter Kit and asks people to share their personal stories.

 

IHI is also gearing up to help health care organizations become "Conversation Ready."
