HR 5122 "John Warner National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2007"  SEC. 675. Joint Family Support Assistance Program.  This legislation authorizes the Secretary of Defense to carry out a joint family support assistance program for the purpose of providing to the families of Armed Forces members.

HR 1585 "National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008" SEC. 582 Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program.  This legislation directs the Secretary of Defense to establish the Yellow Ribbon Reintegration program for the purpose of providing informational events and activities for members of the reserve components of the armed forces, their families, and community members to facilitate access to services supporting their health throughout the phases of the deployment cycle.
