The Architect of the Capitol's Office of Security Programs (OSP) is soliciting fixed-price proposals for a Consolidated Facility Management (CFM) service contract supporting two different sites under one agreement.This contract will be administered by the Office of Security Programs (OSP) which is a jurisdiction of the Architect of the Capitol (AOC), responsible for the maintenance and operation of the Alternate Computer Facility (ACF), located within the National Capitol Region in Washington, D.C. and Capitol Police Buildings and Grounds (CPBG) facilities located around the Capitol Hill Complex in Washington, D.C. The AOC-OSP is seeking services under a Performance Based contract for the ACF and CPBG sites, in support of the mission of the United States Congress, Library of Congress United States Capitol Police (USCP), and all Congressional jurisdictions located within the facilities. This Performance Work Statement details the capabilities, qualifications, and manpower requirements the candidates must possess, as well as the services to be performed and associated performance standards to be met.
