Best practice for data structure for government-owned real property assets

I am looking for examples of the data structure for real property assets owned by government. This would include property, easements, dedications, right-of-way, etc. We are trying to set up a feature class of all our property and would like to follow a recognized standard for the fields and layout of the data. Thanks!

I think this will be quite difficult but I think it will be very useful and I'd be very interested to see the results.

Any luck?  I'd be interested in seeing what you've got so far, even insomuch as ideas for the data model itself.
