Haven’t Registered? It’s not too late!
If you happen to be in Las Vegas and haven’t registered in advance, come on by the Red Rock Resort. Conference registration is open Sunday, December 9 from 2:00 – 7:00 p.m. and on Monday beginning at 7:30 a.m. The registration desk is located on the 5th Floor/Conference Level.  

More to Come? One of the biggest revelations at e-Courts will be the date and location of CTC 2013! Stay tuned.  

Transportation from the airport
For those about to join us at e-Courts 2013, please note the Red Rock Resort is located on the western edge of the city of Las Vegas, close to the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area. It is NOT on the Las Vegas Strip.  One-way taxi fare between the Las Vegas airport and the Red Rock Resort is approximately $60 - $70.  However, Red Rock offers free shuttle service to/from the McCarran International Airport. The free shuttle picks up from Level 0, down the glass elevators located between north and south baggage claim areas.  It departs the airport for the hotel at 8 am, 10 am, Noon, 2 pm, 4 pm, 6 pm, 8 pm and 9 pm.  For those who are driving or renting a car, Red Rock provides complimentary self-parking. Hotel guests should park in the EAST garage, which is closest to the hotel portion of the resort.

Exhibits
Don't miss the exhibits on Tuesday beginning at 11:30 a.m.  e-Courts is hosting over 55 companies providing various technology services to the courts.  It's an opportunity you don't want to miss!! Tuesday reception and prize drawings
Be sure not to miss the reception on Tuesday, December 11 from 4:30 to 6:00 pm in the Exhibit Hall.  This is your last chance to connect with exhibitors. There also will be prize drawings at 5:30 p.m. You must be present to win!!  Attendees should check the prize board, located at the back of the exhibit hall, at 5:30 pm to see if you have won a prize.  If your name is on the board, proceed to the exhibitor’s booth to retrieve your prize. 

Dress
The dress for the conference is business casual. Be sure to bring a sport jacket or sweater in case the conference rooms are cooler than expected.

Weather
The average high temperature for Las Vegas in December is in the mid 60s.
