The algorithms and corpora maintained here were developed by John Wilbur's group in the Computational Biology Branch of the NCBI. They are designed to support core NLP tasks in the biomedical domain including:

• Grammatical Analysis and Parsing
• Named Entity Recognition
• Semantic Categorization
