Evaluation of CDC-INFO Services
CDC-INFO works closely with CDC offices and centers to provide health information and safety guidelines for public inquiries. To ensure that CDC's science and health information can be easily understood by the general public, we have created over 8,000 Prepared Responses (PRs) – scripts with CDC health and safety information use to answer questions - using plain language principles.
