The American Presidency $1 Coin Cover Series showcases the Presidential $1 Coins. Twelfth in the series is the 2009 Zachary Taylor $1 Coin Cover. This limited-edition cover – only 40,000 will be produced – features two Zachary Taylor $1 Coins from the first day of production at each United States Mint facility – September 9, 2009  (Philadelphia), and September 10, 2009 (Denver). The coins are mounted on a handsome display card inside an envelope with a U.S. 44-cent Flag postage stamp. Additionally, the cover features a portrait of our 12th President in front of an American flag. The postmark of “November 19, 2009, Louisville, KY,” marks the day the Zachary Taylor $1 Coins were first released to the public.
