MyPlate Builds the Best Bones Forever!

The USDA announced a new, simpler way of looking at your daily diet—a plate. ChooseMyPlate.gov is a color-coded, kid-friendly way to ensure you’re getting the right amount of the right kinds of foods—including calcium!

If you think you have to drink your calcium to build strong bones, click on the plate below to find foods with calcium all over the plate! Then choose your favorites to help you and your family build your best bones forever!
