State-Based Programs
CDC-Funded States
The CDC is providing nearly $25 million over five years (FY 2008-FY 2013)
in cooperative agreement funding to 20 states. The funding will enable them
to strengthen their oral health programs and reduce inequalities in the oral
health of their residents. This page lists the states funded.
Infrastructure Development Tools
These resources are for those who do day-to-day program planning and
management, implementation, building of partnerships, and evaluation.

This page offers links to National Oral Health Surveillance System data by
state, State Synopses, and state documents.
State Oral Health Plans
Participating states have provided their state oral health plans to CDC to
help other states with their plan development process.
