Director of the Office of Educational Technology Karen Cator and Deputy Director Richard Culatta will discuss improving teaching and learning with the help of technology and innovation at the day-long State Educational Technology Directors Association (SETDA) 2012 Leadership Summit on Monday, Oct. 15, in Arlington, Va.

At 9:00 a.m. ET, Culatta will participate in a panel discussion, "Leveraging 'Big Data' to Support Digital Age Learning.

At the closing session, scheduled for 2:30 p.m. ET, Cator will be a keynote member of a panel entitled, "The Past, Present and Future of Technology and Education Reform."

The summit provides an opportunity to engage in and learn from an in-depth dialogue with national and state education leaders and private sector innovators about the barriers and accelerants for revitalizing education with technology.
