EEOC's Training Institute
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is the federal agency responsible for enforcing employment discrimination laws. The Training Institute provides a wide variety of training programs to help employers understand, prevent and correct discrimination in the workplace. EEO Seminars 
We highlight the latest EEO topics and provide expert presentations on EEOC policies and procedures at these one and two day technical assistance seminars, held in major cities throughout the country.
EXCEL Conference
Examining Conflicts in Employment Laws (EXCEL) Conference is the premier Federal training conference for EEO managers, supervisors and practitioners.The 2013 EXCEL Conference will be held in Denver, Colorado on August 26-29, 2013. Registration will open in early 2013.
Federal Sector Programs  
We offer a variety of training programs geared specifically for federal employees. Our training is ideal for federal supervisors and employees, EEO counselors and investigators, agency representatives and attorneys, and everyone else interested in EEO issues and the practices that affect federal employees. Advanced EEO Workshops  
Advanced EEO workshops are a half-day in length and provide in-depth information on one EEO topic. They are offered in the Washington, D.C. area and are appropriate for private, state and local federal EEO practitioners.
