Welcome to the Census Advisory Committees

The mission of the Census Advisory Committee (CAC) Office is to manage, administer, and direct the activities of the Census Bureau’s advisory committee program. We provide a venue and forum for Census Bureau executives and Census program managers to interact with and solicit input from a variety of external stakeholders on decennial and non-decennial program issues.

Learn more about what the Census Advisory Committees do through the navigation toolbar above. Discover the Census Advisory Committee Office and its administration through the tabs: About CAC, National Advisory Committee, and Scientific Advisory Committee above for further information about the membership, charters, and meetings of the individual advisory committees.
