Airframe Inventories for BTS Form 41 Reporting Carriers
December 31, 2001
This report lists the aircraft types owned and operated by the reporting air carriers. The cost information represents the airframe "acquisition cost" reported to the Bureau of Transportation Statistics (BTS), in total, for all reporting air carriers that own and operate each particular aircraft type. In order to maintain the requested confidentiality, the report contains cost data for only those aircraft types that are operated by three or more air carriers, or where confidential treatment has not been requested by an air carrier. The report does not include airframe costs for nonoperated, owned airframes.
