SERVCON FILING STATISTICS

Effective May 20, 2009, the Federal Maritime Commission will begin posting on its website new statistics detailing the number and types of filings made to the Commission’s Service Contract Filing System (“SERVCON”).

Beginning with January 2008 data, the newly available filing statistics will include monthly data by the type of filing (service contract or NVOCC Service Arrangements (“NSAs”)) and by category (original or amendment). Year-to-date statistical totals will also be provided by type of filing and category. The statistical information, however, will be subject to revision by the Commission at any time.

Please note that as all service contracts and NSAs are confidentially filed with the Commission, the content of actual service contracts, NSAs, and their amendments will not be made available to the public.
