Small & Very Small Plant Updates
16 updates, dating from September 1998 through December 1999, were prepared to assist small, and very small plants with the transition to HACCP.

General Updates
During the transition and adjustment to the new HACCP system, FSIS held regular meetings with industry representatives to address implementation issues. The issues are discussed in these papers.
