This information might help you figure out your Medicare enrollment and eligibility, but Medicare laws and regulations can change. Call Social Security at 1-800-772-1213 or visit your local Social Security office for a final determination of your enrollment or eligibility status. TTY users should call 1-800-325-0778.
If you’re not a U.S. citizen or a lawfully admitted alien who has lived in the U.S. continuously for five years, call Social Security at 1-800-772-1213 for your Medicare enrollment and eligibility information.

Medicare Eligibility & Enrollment Date Calculator—provides you with the dates that you will be eligible to enroll in Medicare. If you are over 65 and/or already enrolled in Medicare, call Social Security at 1-800-772-1213 for more information about your Medicare eligibility.
Medicare Part B Late-Enrollment Penalty Calculator—provides you with an estimate of the late enrollment penalty on your Part B premium based on this year’s premium amounts. If you are under 65, disabled, had Part B before and dropped it, or had group health plan coverage through your or your spouse’s employer or union, call Social Security at 1-800-772-1213 for specific information about your Part B premium amounts including any penalties.
Medicare Plan Finder—allows you to search for and compare coverage options available in your area. The “Your Medicare Coverage Database” provides information about your health care benefits in Original Medicare (sometimes referred to as "fee-for-service").
