If you have any difficulties in accessing information contained on this website, please click here to inform us of your problem. We will refer your request to the particular BEP component responsible for the material in question and will make arrangements to obtain the material in an alternative format.

To enable us to respond in a manner that will be of most help to you, please indicate the nature of the accessibility problem, your preferred format (electronic format (ASCII, etc.), standard print, large print, etc.), the Web address of the requested material, and your full contact information so we can reach you if questions arise while fulfilling your request. The BEP will also attempt to correct/eliminate the accessibility problem you have described so that future attempts to access the website will be successful, if possible.

Accessible Text Versions:

Although BEP attempts to make its PDF and Flash files accessible, there are some instances in which particular graphics files, especially complex formatting, animation, or multi-language considerations can cause difficulty in usability by screen readers. In these cases BEP has provided an accessible text version and posted it next to the original PDF or Flash file.
