Government Performance Results Act (GPRA)

Requirement

All federal public websites* must comply with Government Performance and Results Act of 1993, which requires organizations to make their annual performance plans readily available to the public.

 

Examples

*These requirements apply to executive departments and agencies and their public websites. Check the specific law to see if it also applies to the judicial or legislative agencies or to intranets.
