Hard Copy Material Request

We will ship any of the hard copy items listed below to you free of charge to anywhere in the United States until our stock is depleted.

When requesting any of the hardcopy documents, use one of the following three methods to submit your request:

1. Fill out and submit the Hard Copy Material (55 KB) form electronically.
   Note: If you experience any difficulties with submitting this form, please use the second option when prompted after selecting the "Submit by email" button to save the completed form. Then, attach the saved form in an e-mail to getinfo@osmre.gov with the subject "Hard Copy Material Request".
   
   
2. Fax the completed form to (202) 501-0549.
   
   
3. Mail the completed form to:
