The Partnership Fund is committed to engaging a diverse spectrum of stakeholders as we seek to bridge silos and improve the efficiency, delivery, and integrity of federally-funded assistance programs. From suggesting ideas to developing innovative pilot concepts for funding consideration, there are many opportunities for anyone – federal, state, local, and tribal governments; nonprofit and advocacy organizations; private industry groups; academics; beneficiaries; and members of the general public – to add their voice to the Partnership Fund’s work.

Participate in the Collaborative Forum

Participating in the Collaborative Forum is your opportunity to help drive innovations in the delivery of government programs to achieve better, more cost effective results.

The Collaborative Forum draws on state, local, tribal and other stakeholder expertise to generate, develop, and consult on potential pilot projects to test innovations in how states administer federally funded assistance programs. Membership consists of state representatives, who convene work groups to further grow or improve promising pilot ideas so that they can be considered for funding. Non-state stakeholders— including federal agencies, non-governmental organizations, and others able to contribute expertise—participate in the Collaborative Forum through these work groups and help to refine ideas into relevant, feasible, and truly innovative pilot concepts. Potential pilots are considered for funding by the Partnership Fund for Program Integrity Innovation.

If you have a new pilot idea to introduce to the Forum, want to join an existing Forum work group, or simply want more information, visit www.collaborativeforumonline.com. Users can read and comment on submitted ideas; register to become more actively involved; share best practices with other participants; and sign up for webinars and other opportunities for collaboration.

Submit an Idea

Anyone is welcome to submit a pilot idea through partner4solutions.gov. Please click here to go to the pilot idea submission form.

All ideas will be read and passed on to the Collaborative Forum for further review. You may be contacted by the Partnership Fund or Collaborative Forum regarding your idea. However, we cannot guarantee that you will receive personal notification regarding your idea submission’s status.

In addition to submitting your idea, we invite your participation in the Collaborative Forum.

Please note: While the Partnership Fund welcomes ideas and insights from beneficiaries on how to improve Federal assistance programs, the Partnership Fund is not a venue for addressing specific or personal concerns about your program eligibility or benefits. Those questions should be directed to the agency responsible for administering your benefits program.
