Policy Statements

OJP is currently reviewing our order and policy structure with an eye toward possibly revising some of these documents and processes to maintain the usefulness of the system. It has been brought to our attention that the Department is currently undertaking a similar comprehensive review. Many of OJP's orders and policies are predicated on Departmental orders (which are not yet on line) and thus OJP's orders and policies would lack an essential contextual component if they were published on line without the DOJ orders. OJP will be paying close attention to any changes contemplated by the Department in its comprehensive review.
