Imitation and Invention: Old Master Prints and Their Sources

Overview: This exhibition of 64 prints, from the National Gallery and other collections, brought together well-known prints and the prints that inspired them, and others that they in turn inspired. Curators of the exhibition were Gregory Jecmen, assistant curator of old master prints at the National Gallery, and Nadine Orenstein, assistant curator of prints at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
