How to Access Public Documents for Mergers & Acquisitions

Each proceeding involving a major transaction has a web page which contains links to the major documents filed in the proceeding. In addition, in docketed proceedings, you may use the Commission's Electronic Comment Filing System (ECFS) to obtain all documents that have been filed or have been issued by the Commission. To use ECFS, you will need to know the docket number of the proceeding, which can be found on the web page for the transaction.

Several of the Bureau's also have databases which can be searched electronically. Links to ECFS and these databases are listed below.
