Fall Reading

This Fall marks a busy time at The Library of Congress! We continue our exhibition Books That Shaped America at www.loc.gov/bookfest/books-that-shaped-america

If you are in D.C. on October 8th, Columbus Day, celebrate books by touring our Main Reading Room in the Jefferson Building. The Main Reading Room is only open to the general public twice a year.

In November, look for our new exhibition The Civil War in America.

Prints, Photographs
We've made ordering popular prints from the Library of Congress collections quick and easy. Order two ways: through our Quick Ship or Special Order program. Each offers archival-quality prints in the three most popular paper sizes. With Quick Ship you'll choose from the most requested images... all in-stock! With Special Orders we print to-order tens of diverse Library of Congress images.
