FCSIC Regulations

The FCSIC regulations database contains regulations issued by the Farm Credit System Insurance Corporation (FCSIC) Board. (For a PDF file of FCSIC regulations, see the FCA Handbook.) These regulations cover administrative issues for FCSIC employees, assessment of FCS institution premiums, collections of claims, indemnification, conservatorship, and receivership.

These regulations are provided in parts 1400–1403, 1408, and 1410–1412 of title 12 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR). The CFR catalogs the general and permanent rules published in the Federal Register by the executive departments and agencies of the Federal Government. Each of the CFR’s 50 titles represents a broad area subject to Federal regulation. Title 12 covers banks and banking.
