The hard copy version of this report contained typographical errors. On p. 93, the final sentence should read that FNB United must repay outstanding debt and preferred stock issued by its subsidiary bank to SunTrust Bank. In addition, on pp. 136-139, a typesetting error resulted in some incorrectly numbered endnote references. Numbering of notes has been adjusted from that point on.

The hard copy version of this report contained typographical errors. On p. 42, the fifth and sixth full sentence should read, “FRBNY made 13 rounds of TALF loans with non-mortgage-related ABS as collateral, totaling approximately $59 billion, with $7 billion of TALF borrowings outstanding as of December 31, 2011. FRBNY also made 13 rounds of loans with CMBS as collateral totaling $12.1 billion, with $2 billion in loans outstanding as of December 31, 2011.”

In addition, on p. 30, due to an editing error, website usage statistics were incorrectly described. The final sentence of the first paragraph should read, “Since its inception, SIGTARP’s website has had more than 54.5 million web ‘hits,’ and there have been more than 4.4 million downloads of SIGTARP’s quarterly reports.”

The hard copy version of this report contained a typographical error. The reference to the potential funding for the Auto Warranty Commitment Program on pages 36 and 90 should read $1.1 billion.
