The Strategic Acquisition Service (SAS) issues purchase cards to authorized employees under the government-wide commercial purchase card program. SAS ensures that customers have the required training, establishes certain single and monthly spending limits, and monitors spending in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations.

95% of requests to establish new purchase cards will be acted upon within one (1) business day of receipt of complete information.
95% of all cardholders and approving officials will successfully complete the required training.

$304.54 per card annually
