Clinical health and wellness services improve and maintain the health of federal employees. These services help managers meet federal regulatory requirements and increase the overall productivity of the federal workforce.

Federal Occupational Health (FOH) has more than 65 years of experience delivering clinical solutions and serves more than 360 federal partners that reach nearly 700,000 employees. FOH delivers comprehensive, integrated occupational health and wellness services through a nationwide network of more than 3,000 providers and nearly 300 managed sites.

Services offered include:

  • FedStrive Advantage
    • Walk-in care for minor illnesses and injuries
    • Emergency response and first aid
    • Immunizations (flu, tetanus, pneumonia, hepatitis, and work-related travel)
    • Health coaching
    • Health promotion programs (weight management, exercise, and nutrition)
    • Health screenings (blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, vision, and hearing)
    • Health education programs
    • Smoking cessation programs
    • Health fairs
    • Online Health Risk Appraisals and tracking tools
  • FedStrive Virtual – low-cost virtual health promotion programs for remote users
  • FedStrive Prime – non-RN-based onsite health and wellness programs
  • FedStrive Premium – comprehensive onsite health programs to include FedStrive Advantage services plus Fitness, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and Work/Life services
  • Management and oversight of onsite health centers
  • Walk-in care for minor illnesses and injuries

  • Determination of risk of exposure to communicable diseases (e.g., tuberculosis, hepatitis, and meningitis)
