Terrorism and Homeland Security

*NOTE: The following Senators served as members of the Subcommittee on Terrorism and Homeland Security in the 111th Congress.  Members of the Subcommittee for the 112th Congress will be listed once the Committee adopts an organizing resolution.

Jurisdiction: (1) Oversight of anti-terrorism enforcement and policy; (2) Oversight of Department of Homeland Security functions as they relate to anti-terrorism enforcement and policy; (3) Oversight of State Department consular operations as they relate to anti-terrorism enforcement and policy; (4) Oversight of encryption policies and export licensing; and (5) Oversight of espionage laws and their enforcement.
