Mrs. Shelley Carow is a Senior Grants Management Specialist with the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK) within the Grants Management Branch (GMB).  Mrs. Carow has worked for various ICs in various positions at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) for the past 20 years.  She has worked at the Center for Scientific Review (CSR), Fogarty International Center (FIC), the National Institute of General Medical Sciences (NIGMS), The National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), The National Institute of The National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases (NIAIMS), and the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD).
