Beginning in 2010 and as part of the America the Beautiful Quarters^® Program, the United States Mint is introducing the America the Beautiful Circulating Coin Set to honor the Nation’s national parks and other national sites.

This set contains one each of the five circulating America the Beautiful Quarters minted in Philadelphia and one each of the five circulated America the Beautiful Quarters minted in Denver (a total of 10 coins per set). The packaging allows customers to easily open the packaging if desired so the coins may be removed and placed into albums or other collecting tools.

The 2010 set features America the Beautiful Quarters honoring Hot Springs National Park in Arkansas; Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming; Yosemite National Park in California; Grand Canyon National Park in Arizona; and Mount Hood National Forest in Oregon.

The America the Beautiful Quarters Program features designs depicting national parks and other national sites. Each year five new national site designs are depicted on the reverse of the America the Beautiful Quarters. The United States Mint will issue these quarters in the order in which the honored sites were first established as national sites.

To ensure that all members of the public have fair and equal access to United States Mint products, any order placed prior to the official on-sale date and time of November 19, 2010, at 12:00 Noon (ET), shall not be deemed accepted by the United States Mint and will not be honored.
