FAIR Act & Service Contract Inventories

The inventory of the Arts Endowment's commercial and inherently governmental activities (FAIR Act Inventory) is required by the Federal Activities Inventory Reform (FAIR) Act of 1998, P.L. 105-270. Information about the FAIR Act and how to use the inventory is available on the OMB Web site at www.whitehouse.gov/omb/procurement/fair-index.html. The Service Contract Inventory is required by the FY 2010 Consolidated Appropriations Act, P.L. 111-117.
